To order your wedding sign:
-Select size of board from drop down.
-Select stain from the drop down.
- In personalization section write out: Color of lettering, Names, date (and or location if included in sign)
After ordering, your proof will be sent for review via etsy messages. Please respond within 48 hours as to not delay processing. A prompt response or approval is important to ensure the accuracy of the information displayed. In the absence of a response, we will assume that the provided information is correct and proceed with production accordingly. Please note that if no response is given, and no color is provided, the colors shown in the listing pictures will be used. We appreciated your understanding and cooperation.
Our Wood is 1/2” thick, cut and sanded to your desired size. We also use 5/8” wood for the laser cut lettering, also sanded and painted to your liking. This creates a great 3D wedding sign.
Each piece is unique in that it contains natural variations with knots, imperfections and grain. With that, each stained sign might have slight variations in their color. Please be aware that lighter stains show the wooden grain and are very natural. We do not control where the variations are located. Painted wood sometimes shows natural grain and laser cuts. Sides are painted but may have areas with less paint due to size of lettering and laser cut marks. Due to the hand made nature of these personalized wedding signs, no two are alike. We ensure each piece is beautiful and lovely since we understand how special this is! We do not accept requests for specific wood styles nor do we offer a refund for an item because you do not prefer a certain grain, knot or discoloration.
Due to the personalized sign nature, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds. If the sign is damaged via mail, please contact me to fix the issue.
Signs are not meant to withstand long outdoor environments. After outdoor use at event or wedding, please leave sign indoors. Ideal and best longterm recommendation is for indoor use.
